Pickup and delivery options, when available, will be provided at the time of order.

Customers are responsible for picking up orders during the scheduled pickup window. Baba Emma’s is not responsible for orders that are not picked up on time.

For delivery orders, customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, phone number, and any necessary delivery instructions. Baba Emma’s is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information, inability to access the delivery location, or inability to reach the customer.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Weather, traffic, staffing, product availability, and other circumstances may affect timing.

6. Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds

Because many of our products are made to order, cancellations or changes may not always be possible once an order has been placed.

Refunds, credits, or replacements may be offered at the discretion of Baba Emma’s. We may consider refunds or replacements for incorrect, missing, damaged, or unsatisfactory items when reported within a reasonable timeframe.

Deposits or prepayments for special orders, catering, or events may be non-refundable unless otherwise agreed to by Baba Emma’s.

Gift cards and promotional credits have no cash value except where required by law.
